Having a problem finding a roof rack/cross bars on 2002 Mazda Protege 5? - roof rack bars

My friend has a 2002 Mazda Protege 5th He has a black plastic bar that runs along the ceiling, but not the cross bars that go between them. We have a hard time finding them.

He does not fit a share of the secondary market, you want something done, the current configuration.

The price is not really an option. He is willing to pay up to $ 1,000 for the stupid bars.
