How Much Do Rhythmic Gymnastics Lessons Cost Rg (Rhythmic Gymnastics) Questions?

Rg (Rhythmic Gymnastics) questions? - how much do rhythmic gymnastics lessons cost

1) How can you learn to stand on tiptoe, then they are folded in this manner?

2) How do I find a place to learn GR?

3) As a rhythmic gymnast, how long they should be able to stay in one place (like the inverted curve is divided or rear) with a level of pain? (5 minutes? 10?)

4) If taking this a good idea, ballet RG?

5) What degree of flexibility, you should start before the lecture RG? (Format to share? Reverse split, etc?)

Thank you so much, Have a nice day. God bless you.

Okay

1) You may need a bit more balanced and, yes, take the Ballet a very wise choice for it. But if not, well, maybe you can stick a little while on guard, balance and the daily practice of keeping his toes a little more each time position. Then they will get used to.

Able 2) You probably have a place in the online RG to find a near you (I would give him a specific place, but you do not know where you live). Perhaps Google.

3) You do not believe in a position for about 4-6 minutes or longer stay, without any level of pain.

4) I've answered that question # 1, lol, yes, it would be a good idea to take ballet lessons, but not always necessary.

5) WhatLevel? Hmmm .... I would recommend you to the basics of the RG, as well as, divisions, the wheel goes, jumps, etc., then in the middle field.

You're welcome, and I hope I helped!

4) The ballet is a very good idea of GR. In most gyms are Turner.

5) No gym rythimic you run very hard.
There would be problems. a good idea to have all their divisions down and in a position to make a bridge with the legs and straight. After the start of the study was to the point that they think is right extended.
