Salmon Risotto Recipe Would This Recipe Be Good With Salmon?

Would this recipe be good with salmon? - salmon risotto recipe

I looked online for a salmon and asparagus risotto make for dinner and found this on the website of the Food Network:

Do you think it would be nice with salmon? If so, do I store ham or ignore? Half of me to say, ignores the other half of the keeper. What are your thoughts?

PS: This recipe also gives me an excuse for the bottle of champagne in my fridge. I hate the opening of wine or champagne, just to take care of the rest, as they do not get drunk quickly.

Salmon would be great to just cook first and add at the end of risotto. I would remove the ham, but a favorite is also impressive for salmon.

Salmon is not very good because the flakes and stir until it is not broken, and it just is not much, except for the mashed salmon. I say skip include salmon and ham.
